Meet Lisa & Jo

We are Lisa Russell and Jo Nicholls, the Founders of Liruss Virtual Business Services Ltd, established in 2017. Before the business, we used to work together for a few years in the conference office of a hotel, but lost touch when Jo left. 

 

Call it fate if you like, but our paths crossed again a few years later, when we were both in demanding jobs and in desperate need of something that would allow us to be more present for our children and our families. 

One accidental text (long story) meant that  meeting for coffee, would incidentally change the course of both our lives for good. ​

Over coffee (and hot choc, in Jo's case) we discovered a shared vision (and love for all things admin and organisation related) that led to us setting up as Virtual Assistant's and eventually building an ever growing team of VA's across the UK, due to increasingly high demand. ​We are polar opposites in almost every way - meaning we are a perfect match to be in business together. (At least we think so). 

While Lisa is focused on clients and sales, Jo's focus is on our team of VA's and internal operational efficiencies.​

Over the course of our years in business, we have either worked with, or partnered with almost every industry and business type there is.

We started to notice that along with the need for admin or social media support - businesses are looking for more. A way to overcome obstacles, someone to strategise with, bounce ideas off and get advice from, which is why; Lisa also supports clients by offering 1:2:1 Coaching services by way of a bespoke 12 week coaching programme. ​
