Lisa Russell – Co-Founder & CEO

A natural-born organiser, Lisa helps clients regain perspective and drive, proposing efficiency-boosting processes and time and sanity-saving plans. Before listening to her inner entrepreneur and founding Liruss in 2017, Lisa had a successful career in events, client management and sales. Our name is her name, just made into one – Lisa Russell = Liruss. Just another example of how she’s always looking for ways to make things quicker and more efficient! Away from the office, Lisa’s organisation skills are further honed by her son, two daughters and errant Jackapoo. Some of Lisa’s professional highlights include supporting a client go from struggling to keep their head above water, to enjoying a four-fold increase in profit and the owner's first holiday in 7 years, all within one year of working with Liruss.

Jo Nicholls – Co-Founder & COO

Jo openly admits her OCD when it comes to Admin. Jo helps clients through her efficient and effective way of working, ensuring that every client receives the TLC they deserve when it comes to working on their business.

Before partnering with Lisa at Liruss, Jo was a Conference Planning Manager for Businesses for over 10 years. This role requires an eye for detail and a proactive approach, which lends itself perfectly to now working as a VA.

When Jo's not in the office she loves nothing more than enjoying time with her partner and two daughters. 
 

Chloe Rowan - Virtual Business Support Executive

Chloe's positive disposition and creative flair, coupled with her proactive nature, meant that when she approached Liruss to discuss potential opportunities, we knew she'd be a perfect fit for the team and our clients and snapped her up. Chloe mainly looks after Social Media and Blog posts for our clients and is naturally able to adapt to various styles to suit the needs of our clients.

When not in the office, Chloe enjoys spending time with her Husband and young family (alongside teaching her daughters from home this year!) Chloe also loves exploring nature, in the great outdoors. Her favourite place is Cape Town due to its sheer beauty and friendliness.
